General sales conditions
The following general conditions apply to all ticket buyers (ticket holders):
Who You Are Buying From
ANIMAGO bvba as the agent to those who are promoting or otherwise providing the events for which you purchase tickets ('Event Organizer'). When you purchase a ticket for an event, FANIMAGO bvba will be handling the transaction and collecting payment for the Event Organizer.
Security and organisation rules
Buying a ticket implies that the buyer accepts the security and organization rules established by the organizer. Not respecting these rules can lead to the expulsion from the event without any compensation. To avoid any abuse, tickets must be bought from ANIMAGO bvba or any commercial partner.
Refunds and Exchanges
Policies set forth by our clients, including venues, teams and theaters, generally prohibit ANIMAGO bvba from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.
If an event is postponed or moved to another location for any reason, the ticket is still valid for the new date or location. Refunds and exchanges are generally prohibited.
Tickets from cancelled events must be sent back to where they have been bought at most 30 days after the date of the event written on the ticket. ANIMAGO or its official distribution partner will refund the nominal price of the ticket if the organizer agrees. Without the organizer's assent or if the 30 day delay expires, tickets must be returned directly to the organizer.
ANIMAGO is not responsible regarding material, body damages or any other financial damage in relation with the organization or unfolding of the event.
